Hi, we just spent a week at Paradise Village a nice resort very clean the rooms had been renovated. The problem I had with the resort was for myself. It was a deposited week exchange, so I am not an owner at the resort. You only get benefits of an owner if you are the owner, not like other resorts if you exchange a week, you get the benefits of the resort, even though it is an exchange. We tried to use the gym and there was a $20 charge to use the gym because we are not an owner. We tried to reserve a spot on the beach but we’re rejected because we are not an owner if an owner brings a guest they would have to pay for the gym, because they are not an owner . if they are trying to sell memberships, it doesn’t seem like they were trying to promote the resort very well. I brought this to one of the managers attention, and their answer was sorry that’s just our policy. it would not have caused them a dinner or anything off their bottom line to give those little perks of entry into a gym or a reservation on the beach, but it is not their policy. The other issue we had was a fellow selling adventures, just outside the gate of the resort named Martin was giving us misinformation about the perks we would receive by going for the breakfast so he could discount it off one of his adventures and the employees inside had no idea who he was

The resort was excellent! Great location with numerous amenities. Activities all day long and on site entertainment on weekends. Stay were all very friendly. Excellent place for families to vacation.
