We had a good room with a view of the ocean and watched the whales almost every morning as we ate breakfast. Our only disappointment with the resort was the price of the food.

This has to be the best and most beautiful Resort I have visited, I took my 3 adult daughters and they were so pleased. It is about 10 minutes from the city of Cabo, which was ideal for us. We enjoyed the tranquility of the Resort and could take a short shuttle drive to visit the City if we wanted to do so. The staff were so professional and courteous. The restaurants had delicious meals and the breakfasts were fantastic. There are many swimming pools to choose from and they have a children's area as well. We had all inclusive which made everything easier.

This was one of the nicest resorts we’ve ever stayed at, and we have traveled extensively. The restaurants were amazing both in food, quality, and ambience. We found the staff everywhere throughout that resort was super friendly and welcoming. The staff made it a lot of fun but the structure of the resort with all the pools and the beautiful rooms made it in excellent experience. Can’t wait to come back.

We had a fabulous time. Food was varied and excellent. Staff was friendly and knowledgable. The service was slow at the pools and a couple restaurants. We’re on vacation and not in a hurry so it was actually fine. We’ll definitely return to Hacienda Encantada.

This resort was stupendous! Great restaurants, wonderful spa, nice sunshine areas for rest and relaxation, and good drinks!! The staff are pleasant, attentive and responsive. Loved the golf cart transportation and beautiful chapel on the hill. Less need for timeshare sales (we didn't sign up for one as we used an owner unit). Keep your receipts (tip, zero out and sign your bill even though you have an all-inclusive package). We extra tipped those who gave us good service although tips were included in our all-inclusive). Check out the night before to avoid lines and to have the ability to dispute any costs (be aware, they charge a resort fee). I highly recommend the all-inclusive, you'll find it cost effective. Overall, our time at the Hacienda Encantada was a problem free and safe zone!

It’s a lovely resort. We had a couple days not all inclusive. The prices were ridiculous.
The food in general was meh. Best restaurant was Italian. Should have gone there every night.
Staff at resort very very nice. Transportation around fast. Views stunning. But expensive to go to town.

We had a wonderful stay at Hacienda Encantada. The staff is very friendly, the grounds are beautiful, lush and impeccably landscaped, the rooms large and comfortable and the views are priceless. We saw whales from our balcony daily and the sunrises were gorgeous.

Loved the Hacienda Encantada. Not overrun with drunken 20 yr olds, you can find spots around the pools. 3 pool areas each with bars and lunch cafes. It is a bit spread out. They offer golf cart rides to and from rooms and restaurants, but we enjoyed walking around. Great staff in all areas, particularly Oscar, Gerson, Pedro, Manuel, Alejandro, Ricardo and Yovan.

The resort is beautiful rooms, pool, great gym, restaurants. The only downfall was the salespeople trying to get you to buy in. Our guy has a record for looting at the Costco and conviction for timeshare fraud which surprised us that he would be employed by such a beautiful place.

It was an incredible experience! I thought resorts like these were only in the movies! All of the staff was very polite, kind, and willing to assist at any time, day or night. It really helped that most of them spoke English! I would and have recommended this resort. I hope to go back there soon!

We liked the resort, staff and amenities. Some feedback on the all-inclusive option - the premium option was to have nicer cuts of meat available and also nicer wines. As we love wine, we chose this option. We were very disappointed in the "premium" wines. In my opinion, they were of vey low quality. All the bottles for purchase outside the all-inclusive plan were priced excessively high.

my five stars is based on accommodations (even though we had no hot water for 6 days) and the friendliness and helpfulness of the staff only!
i was mortified that the "all inclusive" food and drink package was not explained to us correctly, and i was bill $2070.00 for the week for two of us. when i stopped it, they still charged me $800.00 !!!!! for two days of food and drink.

We loved the resort. Service was extremely slow at dinner time and steaks were never cooked right but mostly the food was delicious. We paid for the premium all inclusive package and two nights were not able to get the premium food for some reason. The pool bar food was phenomenal. The guacamole and the sashimi were so delicious. We will discuss coming back but hope in the mean time the service gets better when you got to dinner. All of our dinners took over 3 hours. We did a spa day and that was amazing. Location is pretty perfect and weather was amazing until the hurricane hit.

Everyone was just great! All the guys at the bell desk and the golf carts! Moses at the adult pool, as well as Angel! Oscar at La Riscos! The housekeeping staff! The buffet staff! We really enjoyed it! The staff is so welcoming and kind. We enjoyed the Mexican restaurant (don’t skip the tortilla soup). We had a great view and got to see the end of whale season and some rays jumping. It was magical.

Lovely authentic Mexican resort. Warm water in the infinity pool was fantastic. Beautiful small Catholic church on site was the highlight with mass in English 9:00 am Sunday and even an Ash Wednesday service. Housekeeping staff were very good especially

The resort is beautiful, We enjoyed the pools, the staff was friendly and helpful. The cost of food was much to high for what it was, and it was not the "culinary experience" that was advertised. I was hoping for lots more traditional and even some exotic Mexican dishes. The Time share aspects could have been pushed a bit less, but overall it was not as aggressive as I have seen at some resorts. Thank you for a memorable vacation!

Our room was in the middle of a construction project. Starting at 6am until 7pm all day we heard masonry drills, hammering, scraping furniture, and chiseling. We asked to be moved to a different room and we were given a room right above a construction pit with more hammering, chiseling but at least no furniture scraping. Oh, and this second room had tiny bugs in the kitchen.
