Jorge and Victor were the BEST activity people I've ever had at a resort. They filled the day up with activities and they were so enthusiastic. We loved them!!!!

Hotel verynice. Beach front room excellent. Little putdated but very clean and great layout. The activities coordinator,Jorge, was EXCELLENT!!!!! He made the whole trip. What a greaty asset to the hotel. I would definitely go back with more people knowing Jorge would be there with his games and great personality. Great fun!!! Beautiful beach as well

Not as nice as the Grand Mayan rooms but comfortable. Could use some upgrades in the rooms - very 70's! Good service and freindly staff. Would go back there in the future but to the Grand Mayan or higher.

Everything was good. Due to using SFX they would not give me any free welcome drinks, which was very disappointing. They were very helpful in allowing us the use their phone, when we tried to call home, and found out that the SIM card we got at OXXO was not for 30 days as requested, it was for only 7 days. We were very appreciative of their assistance. They did have some entertainment, which we attended. Very good entertainment staff.

Raintree Club Regina was located in the Marina which has a great assortment of restaurants within walking distance. Victor's Place was the best!
