We loved our stay at The Cliffs in Princeville on the northcoast of Kaua’i. The 3rd floor unit was well appointed & had beautiful views. The staff was friendly & very responsive when we needed assistance. We especially appreciated that after I called ahead, they were able to arrange it so we could stay in the same unit for our whole 2-week stay.

It was difficult to sleep with the rooster crowing all night long below our window.
It was a long drive 1.5 hr to the airport and to Port Allen where the boat tours departed and where we could snorkel.

This is a beautiful resort. The unit decor was modern. There was an amazing ocean view from the unit. The unit came stocked with supplies like coffee, coffee filters, paper towels, dishwasher soap, salt and pepper, etc...

This segment of our 4-week Hawaii vacation was at The Cliffs Resort on Kauai. Our 2BR unit was quite spacious, quiet, and comfortable, though the loft as a second bedroom was a bit awkward. Would definitely return to this facility as a couple. Beautiful grounds, good pool & exercise facilities, good location.

Very nice condos and easy to reach by car. Negatives are the resort fee of 75.00 which SFX need to inform clients about. Also, no exercise facility but has tennis courts and small swimming pool. The condo we had was very noisy across from the garbage area. Also, no air conditioning and you reply on tradewinds which were non-existent for the first few days. There are better resorts on the Princeville side.

The rooms were wonderful: spacious, clean, beautifully decorated. And the location of our space, an end unit with foliage around both patios, offered seclusion and privacy. A great place to stay!
