Most of the staff were willing to help out even though we unknowingly were there under the auspices of the Parker Brown management company , which firm had been"fired" from the resort.

The shuttle service was extraordinarily accommodating. While we had a car available, we made good use of their hospitality.

First, the accommodations were very nice--plenty of room and very clean.
Second, the front desk was extremely helpful. We had a couple of minor issues when we got to the room that the front desk immediately corrected.
Third, we ate at several of the venues, incuding Z's and Maddie's. Except for Maddie's being slow to take our order (they seemed to be either understaffed or undertrained), once our order was taken, the meals were delivered promptly and the food was very good.

The transportation to the ski resorts was excellent.
