The rooms are nice but need to be able to climb stairs. Fitness center is very basic. Nice pool for swimming laps.

This is my favorite resort ever. All of the employees are wonderful. The resort is on a hillside, so all of the large balconies have a wonderful and private view. It’s the little things that I love though. When you check in they have small sandwiches and beverages for you. There was a picture of orange juice in our fridge. Every morning there was a thermos of coffee and basket of sweet rolls on a shelf outside the door. There was a small bag of cookies on the shelf in the afternoons. Several days there were a few flowers and chocolates in the room. There is a big jug of water on a stand in the room, so you don’t have to mess with bottled water. It’s just so classy.

Wonderful views from all the rooms and restaurants. It's on a hill so very good views of the bay and mountains beyond. Good location for being able to walk down to La Ropa beach where there are restaurants and shops. I loved the openness of the room. Even though temperatures were in the upper 80s we kept the big sliding glass doors open at all times because it was comfortable with a gentle breeze. At night I could close off the bedroom for complete darkness and turn on the a/c. Staff is very attentive. Food is good. I liked that it is a small place so never was bothered by noise. The only criticism I have is the gym is very small with only one of the three machines working. We will definitely stay here again. This is our third stay.

We love this resort. The units are beautiful and pools are immaculate. Staff are lovely and view can't be beat. We spend a few days closer to town then come to the Grand to enjoy our week and barely leave other than a morning walk on La Ropa. The cool off on the deck plunge pool with our coffee and treats that always come with is like living like the rich and famous .....then some pool time in the afternoon where there are often regular owners that are lots of fun.

I was there for 2 weeks. The first week in a 2 bedroom and the second week in a 1 bedroom. Beautiful place with outstanding views. The staff were wonderful and the food great.

No introduction to amenities at checkin, no instructions to access restaurants or activities in the room. Very poor service at the beach. No English speakers. Hard to get around property with gondola out of service, poor food choices

I have stayed at Pueblo Bonita twice for aprox. 10 days each time. Clean well maintained resort - granted it is a bit older but very well kept up. Staff is awesome - friendly and accommodating. Best pool side games - so much fun!!! Wish I had another trip planned to look forward to- I love this resort.
