We stayed in the room we have the last three times staying here. We love view! The room was clean but the whole resort, specifically, Pacific Sands section, needs updating.

Staff is very helpful and friendly, room service and restaurant service is great. Views from our room were amazing. Rooms are slightly dated and could use an upgrade but very spacious and clean

No introduction to amenities at checkin, no instructions to access restaurants or activities in the room. Very poor service at the beach. No English speakers. Hard to get around property with gondola out of service, poor food choices

I have stayed at Pueblo Bonita twice for aprox. 10 days each time. Clean well maintained resort - granted it is a bit older but very well kept up. Staff is awesome - friendly and accommodating. Best pool side games - so much fun!!! Wish I had another trip planned to look forward to- I love this resort.
