Excellent experience as usual. Check-in and out were easy. Doormen always made departure and arrival daily a pleasure. Housekeeping did a good job. Appreciated being provided a countertop microwave during stay. Also appreciated lady who checked-us in providing us a quiet room on back of building. Wish I could recall her name; she always remembered our name every day when we were in lobby. She was very helpful & friendly. Used the HG black rewards card at restaurants 4x. All but one rewards restaurant were good.

Was absolutely the best place to stay in New York for me. The West 57th Hilton was in a perfect spot. That was unbelievably gracious in their hospitality. Anything I needed was brought to my room immediately. Hotel was recently remodeled and had all the amenities I needed. Was located just a block from Central Park, grocery store a few feet away with everything you needed, including a takeout buffet that worked perfectly! Only a short walk the times square times square and the theater district. Restaurants and shopping in every direction. Couldn't find a better place to stay!

The timeshare is located between 6th and 7th Avenues, on the same block as Carnegie Hall and The Russian Tearoom and is a couple of blocks from the subway and Central Park. Times Square and other attractions can be reached on foot easily, if you like to walk.
The room is a nice hotel room, with a small refrigerator, no microwave or other appliance to warm food. The bed was comfortable. There is a well stocked, but expensive 24 hour grocery store on the same block that also has a hot buffet for at least 3 meals a day. The food is $9.95 per pound and there is usually a good selection if you want a casual meal. An eating area is on the 2nd floor. A large drug store/pharmacy is just feet away.
This is the 3rd time we've exchanged here and we've always been on the 5th floor, street side. There is always street noise but that's NYC. We enjoy our visits to W 57th.

Location, location, location we saw 5 Broadway musicals, went to 3 museums, 1 symphony orchestra , and one comedy club all within walking distance.

First preference on location not available. Staff suggested that if we were willing, they could move us the day after check-in. We were moved to the exact location we desired.

The location is excellent for access to Carniegie Hall, Central Park & adjacent museums. There's a subway station nearby as well as many excellent restaurants.
