"Loved the rooftop deck and friendliness of the staff and concierge. Our spacious room was on the top floor. Free Wifi was a plus. Every morning we'd go to the rooftop deck for complimentary coffee and tea and talk to the concierge about our plans for the day. They offered great information."

"We will come back. The property ( hotel) is beautiful. The streets nearby are inhabited by homeless wandering, sleeping, begging. No breakfast, except room service. Many restaurants nearby, but with so many days it would've been nice to eat breakfast on property.

There was reconstruction going on at the hotel but with the exception of water being turned off for a few minutes, it was difficult to tell that everything wasn't running as smoothly as ever."

"The staff at Club Donatello is the best, from housekeeping, to the bell staff to the wonderful concierge staff in the lounge (and at the front desk), they are friendly, helpful and welcoming. Marianne Almajose was especially helpful to us in planning our week. We have stayed at the Donatello several times and are deeply appreciate of the staff longevity there; it means a lot to see the same people working there year after year and says a lot about the management there; that they value the staff and the service that they provide."
