This is a spectacularly beautiful resort with well appointed 1-3 bedroom villas with beautiful views and a concierge on each floor. Play golf at a fantastic Jack Nicklaus course on the property and dine at multiple fine restaurants . Oceanfront with beautiful swimming pools and an exquisite fitness facility makes this a fabulous vacation spot.

This is a fractional ownership resort at Sun Rvier, Oregon, a resort I had always wanted to go to, but never have seen it available on SFX or RCI until now. It was quite barren of people, with few unit occupied. The office and facilities were very quite. The pool was closed for the season but the very large hot tub was open and used only by us except once by another couple when we used it. Since it was so empty, we were surprised that more units are not being exchanged if not otherwise used. The couple that has owned there for more than 20 years, said that they estimated that only about 50% of owned weeks are used. What a waste. The two bedroom unit we had was clean, well furnished and very spacious. The second bedroom was like a second lovely master. It was the size of a large and spacious two bedroom condo that one might live in year round.
