This was Las Vegas. When previous plans fell through, the Concierge desk at the resort got us discounted same-day tickets to a show we wanted to see. It was very professionally handled, and was very satisfying.

We were a bit concerned after we booked our vacation. We had read what some of the reviews stated about the parking fees and not pleased with some of the staff and a few other items. Let me tell you, our timeshare experience was fantastic. the place is super nice, We stayed in tower two on the twenty-eighth floor. Loved the view in the evening. We were asked to come to a sales meeting in return they would give us $100.00 for our time. We told them that we weren't interested and that was the end of that. No high pressure sales people like at some other resorts we have stayed at.

Very nice accomodations - loved having the washer and dryer - and great view. Requested as high a floor as possible and was on the 26th floor - VERY nice.... super comfortable bed... whirlpool tub. Top notch!
