I enjoyed my stay at Villas de Santa Fe but I have some concerns. I missed the shuttle they used to offer when it was owned by Diamond, However, what I didn’t enjoy was being awakened at 5:30 or 6:00 A M by the workers who were hammering nails for the framing of the patio outside my window and using a jack hammer. It happened for 2 out of 3 days. I told Steve, the manager, he spoke to them and the second day they started later. But on the third day I was still awakened by those workmen again at 5:30. Steve said he was going to contact the Hilton to see if we could be compensated in some way, but I never heard from him. No one informed the guests about any of this construction, not good for the Hilton’s reputation.

Nice and comfortable resort. The furniture in the unit was dated, but in good condition. Staff was friendly.
