Was pleased with no amenity whatsoever. This is a substandard resort I would not return or recommend. The pools were good and the beach and gardens were excellent. However, they could have done a better job of removing the seaweeds. Several staff members were less than accoodating. Matter of fact they rude and somewhat hostile at times. They gaev me a room stinking with smoke. When I asked to change and complained about it the night supervisor told me "I can't stop people from smoking." And otally ignored me caliming he had no more available rooms to change. However on the following day, another supervisor recovered the situation and the Guest services Manager tried her best to improve the situation. Nevertheless I still got a room where the airconditionning did not work and again the minibar was empty. My nephew and I got stomach flu from the bad food they recycled on the buffet. When I called at 7am for some sprite for my nephew as he was dehydrated,they did not respond

When a mistake was finally corrected regarding our room location, we were in close proximity to the beach, pool, and buffet restaurant which was very convenient.

Accommodation (rooms) where excellent. Butlers and medical staff were also excellent as my brother had to be taken to hospital and they were very efficient. Pools were also excellent.
