EVERYONE who worked there was exceptionally friendly!! And the Activities guys were spectacular!!! Jorge and Victor were the BEST activity people I've ever had at a resort. They filled the day up with activities and they were so enthusiastic. We loved them!!!!

Hotel verynice. Beach front room excellent. Little putdated but very clean and great layout. The activities coordinator,Jorge, was EXCELLENT!!!!! He made the whole trip. What a greaty asset to the hotel. I would definitely go back with more people knowing Jorge would be there with his games and great personality. Great fun!!! Beautiful beach as well

Mayan Palace, Riviera Maya Not as nice as the Grand Mayan rooms but comfortable. Could use some upgrades in the rooms - very 70's! Good service and freindly staff. Would go back there in the future but to the Grand Mayan or higher.
