"I had a wonderful experience celebrating my birthday with my Daughters there, we had a lovely dinner and enjoyed the beach area. Service was great! on the last day, I called the bellman to hold our luggage in the concierge while we had brunch so we didn't need to carry them in town and they accidently put in on the taxi which was an inconvenience, I was then surprised to see if when taxi dropped is off for Brunch with all our luggage when in fact we still had 5 hours before we left to airport.. "

"We really enjoyed our time at Cabo Azul! We love the architecture of the resort, The Zen like feel of the rooms with light colored tile floors and dark wood interiors, the pools, the hot tubs, the view of the Sea of Cortez, the location in San Jose so you can walk around the city."

"Great location in San Jose del Cabo, within walking distance to restaurants and shops, and a quick mile walk to downtown San Jose. Spacious rooms, full size fridge and fully stocked kitchen, and incredibly friendly and helpful staff. Will be staying here again! "

The games at the bar on the beach should serve alcohol and hard seltzers would be a nice addition the the bar choices. Howcome as a Hilton’s honors member this resort can’t be added to the app?"

"Very clean resort and very well maintained. Staff are fabulous. Accommodations are gorgeous. Pools are very well maintained. Only downside I can say is that the drinks are very weak. $21.50 martini at Javier's was weaker than any $16 cosmo I've had at our most expensive steakhouse in the US. But the resort is across the street from some nice eating places."

"The Cabo Azul facility is gorgeous- and our double room suite was truly above our expectations. The serenity pools were mostly quiet- not too many kids. The hurricane made the beach much too dangerous to enjoy, but it is a huge sandy area and turquoise water. The large pool was busy, loud, and drunk- to be expected. Nothing too rowdy or obscene. This is not the old school Baja. Prices for food and drink were competitive with Hawaii. Gratuity is typical at 25%. Security was tight and the staff was warm and friendly. The timeshare/points sell wasn’t high pressure. "

"Cabo Azul in San Jose is a terrific resort! The rooms are very nice and kept very clean. They had fun activities. Highly recommend! We traveled as 2 couples so it would have been good to have a king bed in each room. They only offered a king and a queen in the secondary bedroom. Also, the 2nd bedroom is quite dark. Other than that we would go back."

"The resort was awesome. Lots of chairs on the beach. Never had to worry about people saving seats. Room very clean with lots of amenities. Kitchen complete. The only reason I gave it 4 stars is the lack of restaurants. For the size of the place, there was only one full time restaurant. They had a fine dining restaurant that you had to make reservations which we did. We were the only people in there and music was blaring with a sort of rap music. Not what I would expect for fine dining. We asked twice for it to be turned down as we couldn’t even hear each other. After several minutes and realizing that they weren’t going to turn it down, we left. Very disappointing. "
