The resort is absolutely pristine and the staff are exceptional. The room we had was a one bedroom suite and was perfect. The food, happy hours, pools and entertainment were top notch. The silky white sand beach was beautiful and clean. Take advantage of the beach beds or cabanas to relax.

The Vidanta Resort Cancun was amazing at every level; the employees were very polite, gracious and professional, the Grand Bliss was also amazing, the room was excellent and very accommodating, the pools and restaurants were also beyond expectations. Lastly, the shuttle drivers within the resort were very helpful and very professional at every level.
Overall, I cannot wait to go back to their Cancun resort.

Our experience was great. All of the staff from the cleaning people to the bellmen to the concierge were very helpful and never failed to greet us warmly when we even walked by. The facilities were very clean and beautiful. Even though the resort was full because of Spring Break, there were plenty of staff to accomodate the crowd and we never had to wait in too long of a line for anything and the service was always quick. Great vacation.

Excellent welcome at the resort. Luggage delivery was perfect! The check in was ….. we were given an accessible room.. we didn’t need or appreciate. IF the horrible shuttle system the resort recommends had been timely it might have not been this way.
We wait over an hour for the shuttle to arrive and longer for it to leave!
Our room was beautiful. Liked the plunge pool if it had been on the upper floors we could have had privacy.
The mgr folks dropped the ball on that.

The restaurant choices were good.
I would have liked to see more local craft goods for sale on property… not junky stuff but hand locally sourced goods.

Our stay at the Grand Bliss was wonderful! The suite was large, comfortable and just beautiful. The staff was very friendly and made you feel at home. The food and drinks at every restaurant and bar we went to was top-notch. As others had stated food and drinks were a bit pricey, but we did get some groceries so we didn't eat out every meal. There are 2 reasons I didn't give it a 5star rating, first, it's a very large resort and signage needs to be clearer. We downloaded the app, but still got lost several times and had to ask directions back to the Grand Bliss. Secondly, it was difficult to get money exchanged for tips. We were told it would take awhile or there was an ATM at the main lobby. It would have been nice to have an ATM in each lobby.

This place was amazing, the grounds were beautiful and rooms were super clean, one employee that stood out to us was Wilbert in the beach club, he was the best server and had the best personality I have ever seen, he went out of his way to make sure everything was ok all the time and made by day for my Birthday , he is truly one of the kindest people I have ever met!! The food was excellent also and great customer service everywhere we went

Beyond impressed by The Grand Bliss Riviera Maya. The three of us were so impressed by the food and drink selection. Every meal and cocktail was better than the next. The property itself is absolutely stunning. Not a single branch or twig is out of place! Are room was stunning and so private. But the most impressive part was the kindness of the staff. They went above and beyond and were not only helpful but genuinely warm and welcoming.

Everything from the booking experience to the food to our room at the resort was great! We had stayed at Vidanta Riviera Maya several times before and this visit was nothing short of excellent. Zory, our booking agent, was incredibly helpful, friendly & easy to work with on our reservation; always available or quick to respond; answered all of our questions as they would arise. Our accommodations at Grand Bliss, within the grounds of Vidanta, were just as expected. The concierge, Henderson, always met us with a genuine smile in the lobby. The food, as has been in the past, is above average - pricing has increased over the years (almost double the expense), but delicious all the same. Never had a poor meal or a bad drink - the pina coladas are my favorite and all others get compared to theirs. The craft cocktail cart at The Beach Club was a new addition. Already looking forward to going back to Vidanta!

The Vidanta Grand Bliss did not disappoint!
We were impressed with the spaciousness of the rooms (we had a 1 bedroom suit) and were elated to have a large patio with our own dipping pool to cool off. Staying at the Grand Bliss gave us access to the Beach Club and all the amenities of enjoying the bar service, pools and beach without the hassle of "saving a spot" near the pool.
Additionally, there was not one meal that needed improving...everything was beautifully presented and fresh.
The Vidanta personnel and service is way above the service of other places we've stayed in Rivera Maya and it seemed all were happy to assist when asked.
We will go back!

Was a wonderful trip, love the facilities, every one is very friendly and restaurants are very good.
The Beach Club is very nice and fun but the fact that you can't reserve and come in before 10am is a bit of a frustration. I don't mind that it only opens at 10am but we should be allowed to reserve your place the day before, starting at 7am like for the cabana at the main pool. waiting in line at 9:00-9:30am feels like your missing a nice part of the day.

The service and service staff were incredible, all restaurants were excellent. Would prefer a resort that did not require a shuttle to get everywhere, the volume of the pool music was way too loud, sales pressure to buy a vacation membership was enormous.

Any and all criticism that we read before arriving was stupidly inaccurate other than no place for smokers but outside and the second floor, sit down smoking was often not available to non OWNERS... The room and toiletries were excelent,,, NO DIRECT T.V. WHICH WE ARE USE TO... The Keurig coffee maker with unlimited \"K-Cups\" was an added treat...Anywhere you wanted to go the staff gave very explicit directions and excellent dinning recommendations...
