We were allowed to stay in our unit the day we had to move out, until our other unit was available, however that took a part of the vacation day away as we had to wait.

Was very upset that a $95 cleaning fee was charged at the beginning of the stay. I was not informed by SFX that this would be charged when I accepted the exchange. This may be enough to stop us from using SFX in the future.
